Clinical diagnoses, medical evaluations, and surgical procedures are executed solely by licensed healthcare specialists and accredited partner hospitals.

3. Cost Estimates & Hospital Payments

All treatment price quotes provided by Alvin MedCare are estimations based on medical reports reviewed by partner hospitals. Final costs may vary depending on actual in-person clinical examinations, unforeseen diagnostic findings, hospital room category, and patient recovery requirements. All medical fees are paid directly to the treating hospital.

4. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from our facilitation services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
